Shipping Policy

Alpha Pouch sends its packages via Bpost or Postnl. If you order before 4 p.m., the order will be shipped the same day.

Delivery times are on average:

-1 to 2 days for Belgium and the Netherlands

-2 to 5 days for the rest of Europe

-3 to 15 days for the rest of the world.

In rare cases, your package may be delayed. This depends on how busy the shipping service is and is not under our control.
